Privacy
ISD Logic collects only the basic information needed to respond to public inquiries and public-safe consultation requests.
Public-safe first contact
Start with Service Fit or a business-level conversation.
Share only your firm type, approximate user range, current Microsoft 365 status, and desired outcome. Deeper or confidential details should wait for an approved follow-up path.
Information we may collect
- Name
- Business email address
- Company or organization name
- Organization type
- Approximate user range and current Microsoft 365 status
- Desired business outcome, preferred contact method, and high-level business challenge
Public-safe intake workflow
A public-safe inquiry may be sent by email to ISD Logic for review and direct follow-up. This path accepts business-level context only and is not a secure client portal.
The public form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated abuse. After server-side validation, ISD Logic uses Resend for server-side email delivery.
What not to submit through public contact paths
Do not submit private records, account access details, regulated information, client-specific information, or confidential operational details through public forms or email paths.
Keep the first message high-level: organization type, approximate user range, current Microsoft 365 status, desired outcome, and preferred contact method.
How inquiry information is used
- Respond to your request.
- Discuss service fit, schedule conversations, and explain services.
- Keep internal records of non-sensitive business inquiries.
ISD Logic does not sell inquiry information.
