Privacy
ISD Logic collects only the basic information needed to respond to public inquiries and public-safe consultation requests.
Recommended next step
Use the assessment path when you are ready to discuss fit.
The focused assessment starts with business-level context and helps confirm what should wait for a more controlled follow-up channel.
Information we may collect
- Name
- Business email address
- Company or organization name
- Organization type, preferred contact method, and high-level business challenge
Public-safe intake workflow
Public-safe intake submissions may be sent through a limited server-side email workflow so ISD Logic can review the request and follow up directly. This public intake path is for business-level context only and is not a secure client portal.
What not to submit through public contact paths
Do not submit private records, account access details, regulated information, client-specific information, or confidential operational details through public forms or email paths.
Keep the first message high-level: organization type, desired outcome, current friction, and preferred scheduling window.
How inquiry information is used
- Respond to your request.
- Schedule discovery calls and explain services.
- Maintain internal records of non-sensitive business inquiries from public contact paths.
ISD Logic does not sell inquiry information.
