Data Use Boundaries
Microsoft 365 service fit
Clarify the service path before sharing deeper details.
Use the browser-only Service Fit check or compare the three service paths without submitting confidential or regulated information.
What belongs in a public message
Share general business context such as your organization type, approximate user range, current Microsoft 365 status, desired outcome, and scheduling needs.
What should wait for an approved follow-up
Credentials, regulated information, client records, payment data, security logs, network details, and other confidential material should wait until an approved follow-up path is confirmed.
Public website boundaries
The public website is for general service information and initial business inquiry only. It is not a secure channel for sensitive case, patient, tax, credential, account, payment, security, network, or confidential business records.
Do not submit through public forms or email
- Protected health information (PHI)
- Legal case details
- Tax returns or payroll records
- Payment information or financial account data
- Credentials, passwords, or access details
- Network details, system diagrams, security logs, or incident details
- Confidential client or matter files
Use public contact only for general business context, approximate user range, current Microsoft 365 status, scheduling, and service fit. Save deeper records or technical details for an approved follow-up path.
Future client workflow boundaries
Any future client portal workflow will require proper identity, access, tenant isolation, logging, and data controls before launch. ISD Logic does not claim certifications unless verified.
